Prices include:

Bed and bathroom linen and kitchen teatowels, hairdryer, water, gas and electric consumption, central heating, air conditioning, final cleaning, pool use heated up to 25 degrees centigrade , car park, ping pong, gas and coal barbecue, washing machine for common use, wi-fi, on request iron and ironing board.

Free accessories:

The majority of the apartments have a sofa bed where a child up to 12 years can sleep with no extra charge. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Some double beds can become single beds. We have baby cots for children up to 3 years. We have high chairs for babies.

Tourist tax:

The tourist tax is in force tax for overnight guests in the properties of the municipalities of Chianti. For our proprety price is 1 euro per person per night (maximum 7 nights). Children under 14 years do not pay this tax. The tax is payable at the time of departure and not included in the rates above.
